Monthly content creation

✅ 3 posts per week/shop - posts can be reused on multiple shops (just change branding/language)

1. 📁 Prepare Your Workspace

• Open the brand templates in Canva for each shop.

• Reviews can be found on each website.

• Open the Before/After Generator:

• Login to facebook using Rick janssens profile ( Login details can be asked internally)
  
  

2. 📲 Content Types to Create

Aim for 3 posts/week/shop, mix & match from below:

Content can be the same (just adjust the language per shops) for all HDP shops, DDP NL and DP SE and Happy painting NL + Welt.

You are free to adjust some templates or flows if you think they would look better etc

A. 🎨 Before/After Paintings (DP)

• Use the HappyPainting link to create mockups (before photo + after digital preview).

B. 🧑‍🎨 UGC/Review Posts

• Take photo or video reviews from Loox.

• Add text overlay in Canva (branded style).

D. 🖼️ Product Focus

• Showcase popular kits, bundles, seasonal picks, or pet portraits.

• Use product photos or stage them in Canva templates.

• Add CTA (e.g., "Make yours", "Customize your own", etc.)

3. Descriptions

Descriptions can be made using chatgpt in the language of the shop

4. Checklist

1. Create the content per shop (adjust language per template where needed)

2. Create a description in ChatGPT per picture and translate for multi market shops

3. Double check everything and make sure all is ok

4. Post on Facebook 

Overview of shops:

The shops who have the same color, are all the same 'shop', but in different countries/languages but have the same colors, same branding etc.
