Step 1: Understand the Requirement
- Minimum size for custom photo uploads: 1200x1200 pixels.
- Smaller images cannot be used as they may result in poor-quality diamond paintings, leading to customer dissatisfaction.
Step 2: Identify Customer Issue
- Check if the customer's uploaded photo meets the size requirement. You can do so by uploading the picture on ResizePixel. This will show you the size of the picture (see attached picture)
- If the customer’s photo is smaller, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Respond with the Standard Email
- Use the template provided below to guide the customer on resizing their image.
