Here is a short summary of all the offered solutions for the most commen issues.

Discount codes or vouchers can be created by yourself in Gorgias by clicking on the little tag sign within a new email:

Then select the correct store (keep in mind that some stores have different names within Gorgias- correct names per shop you find here):

Once you have selected your store you will see the option '+add', click on it and you should see the following screen:

Simply select percentage for a discount code or fixed amount for a voucher and create a name for the code/voucher, select the percentage or amount and click on save.

The first option in the list will now be the one you created, click on it and it will automatically be applied to your mail.

Keep in mind that most of these options only are given after checking the articles and if a customer does not agree on any other solutions or is very dissatisfied. (if any other solutions are possible)
