Order with Incorrect ID paint/stones (color) numberUpdated 2 months ago
Customers on our website have the option to purchase individual paints and stones by specifying the ID number of the paint/stones they need. However, this process does not always proceed smoothly, as customers occasionally provide wrong ID numbers for paints/stones. When this occurs, the supplier will document the issue on a problem sheet.
1. Allow the Customer to Choose the Correct Color
Inform the Customer: Notify the customer that the paint/stones colors they requested are either unavailable or do not match any ID numbers in our inventory.

- Internal Communication:
- Once the customer provides the updated color ID, communicate this information to the supplier via an internal note to ensure the correct paint/stones is supplied.
- Inform the customer that we will make sure the paint/stones is shipped asap.
2. In case the customer does not want the Paint/Stones anymore
Inform the supplier:
Inform the supplier in an internal note 'Product X' has been cancelled and IF additional products in the order, he can proceed with shipping these.
Internal Note to @Katja:
Inform Katja via internal note and ask refund.
Fill out the Supplier Sheet:
Make sure to update the supplier sheet to reflect the stock issue and customer’s request for a refund.
