Guide to Using Slack for Team Communication
We use Slack as our primary communication channel to ensure seamless collaboration, instant messaging, and quick updates within the team. This platform allows us to share files, ask questions, and coordinate tasks efficiently, keeping everyone connected and informed.

Slack Channels and Their Purposes
1. CS-Questions & Ideas
Purpose: A space to ask questions or share ideas related to customer service.
Who to Tag?
Product-related questions or feedback: @Serkan
Website-related issues (e.g., spelling mistakes, banner/header issues): @Peggy
Payment issues: @Lynn (For urgent matters, WhatsApp Lynn at +31 6 45853098) or @Marck van Baal
Other inquiries: your customer service manager.
2. Cross-Country CS
Purpose: A channel dedicated to team members who handle each other’s mailboxes during absences.
3. CS Announcements & Updates
Purpose: A channel where management shares important updates and announcements that everyone needs to know.
4. Translations
Purpose: A dedicated space for anything related to translations. Tasks requiring translation will be mentioned here.
5. Marketing in CS
Purpose: A channel to report and discuss any marketing-related issues, such as newsletter problems or ad-related concerns.
Who to Tag?
For email marketing issues (newsletter issues, promo issues, etc) of DP shops you can tag @Katja Piiparinen , for DAC you can tag @Lynn Zweers and for MNZ and SON shops you can tag @Giny Bloem
Ad-related issues: @joris
Other concerns: your customer service manager.
General Tips
Use the appropriate channel to ensure that your questions or issues are directed to the right person.
Always tag the relevant team member to speed up communication and resolution.
For urgent matters, especially regarding payments, use WhatsApp in case nobody is online.
