When Will Stones Be Reshipped for Free?
- Stones will only be reshipped if the issue is due to a fault on our side (e.g., missing or defective stones in the original package).
When Will Customers Need to Repurchase Stones?
- If the customer loses stones themselves (e.g., spilling or dropping them), they will need to purchase replacement stones.
- Provide the customer with a link to purchase loose stones in another shop of your market and mention it as 'our sister company'
Tips & Tricks for Cleaning Up Dropped Stones
If a customer has dropped their stones, share the following helpful methods:
1. Use a Lint Roller
- How-To:
- Roll a lint roller gently across the area where the stones fell.
- Use tweezers to remove the stones from the roller and place them back in the tray or bag.
- Cleaning Sticky Stones:
- Fill a large bowl with warm water and a small amount of washing-up liquid.
- Place the stones in a sieve, submerge, rinse with fresh water, and dry on paper towels.
2. Use a Dustpan and Brush
- How-To:
- Sweep the stones into the dustpan and return them to the storage box or shaker tray.
- Best Practice:
- Use a dedicated dustpan and brush to prevent dirt contamination.
3. Use Tweezers for Dropped Stones on a Canvas
