We are excited to introduce our new Affiliate Reward Program exclusively for our customer service agents! This program is designed to reward you for promoting our products and increasing sales through your personal social media channels. Here’s how it works:
Program Highlights:
Earn 10% of Sales: When you promote our products using a special discount code on your social media, you will receive 10% of the total order value of your referral.
Personal Discount Code: You will be provided with a unique discount code that offers a 10% discount to your followers. This code can only be shared through your personal social media accounts. Reach out to your customer service mananager if you want a personal code and also state for what shop you would like the code.
No Direct Messaging, emails or other private way: Please note that you are not allowed to privately message or directly contact our customers about the affiliate program via social media, email or any other way. All promotions must be public on your personal social channels.
How It Works:
Get Your Affiliate Code:
- Reach out to your customer service manager for your personalized discount code.
Share on Social Media:
- Post about our products on your personal social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Include your affiliate discount code in the post to give your audience 10% off their purchase.
- Use hashtags and tag our brand to increase visibility.
Payout:
- Payouts will be made on a monthly basis
- You will be notified about the total sales and your earnings at the beginning of the new month, the bonus will be calculated together with your other sales bonus and will not be calculated separately.
Affiliate Program Rules
1. Eligibility:
- Only current customer service agents are eligible to participate in the affiliate program.
- This is an extra way of earning some extra but keep in mind, this is something that DOES NOT count as business hours. So if you want to promote us on social media, that will be done in your own time.
2. Code Usage:
- Each affiliate will receive a unique discount code for promotional purposes.
- Discount codes must only be shared through personal social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Affiliates may not use their discount codes to make personal purchases.
3. Promotion Guidelines:
- Affiliates are encouraged to share posts, stories, and updates about products using their discount code.
- All promotions must be public and cannot involve direct messaging customers or private communication regarding the affiliate program.
- Affiliates should maintain professionalism in all communications and representations of the brand.
4. Earnings Structure:
- Affiliates will earn 10% commission on total sales generated through their unique discount codes.
- Commissions are calculated based on completed sales.
5. Payouts:
- Payouts will be made on a monthly basis
- You will be notified about the total sales and your earnings at the beginning of the new month, the bonus will be calculated together with your other sales bonus and will not be calculated separately.
6. Special Codes for Shops:
- Affiliates wishing to promote specific shops can request a personalized code from your customer service manager.
7. Prohibited Actions:
- Affiliates must not use company resources (like customer lists or email addresses) to promote their codes.
- Affiliates are prohibited from creating fake accounts or using deceptive practices to increase sales.
- Affiliates must not engage in spammy behavior, including excessive posting or unsolicited messaging.
8. Termination of Participation:
- The company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of program rules.
- Misrepresentation of the brand or products.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity.
9. Changes to the Program:
- The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of any changes to the program rules or structure.
