To ensure a smooth and efficient start to your workday, follow these steps:
Check Slack – Look for any important messages or communications that need a response.
Review the Translation Slack Channel – Check if there are any translation tasks to complete.
Urgent folder – Check the urgent folder of your country in Gorgias and handle any cancellations requests in there (doesn't matter if it is your shop or not)
Manage Social Media – Start responding to messages and comments on the social media channels of your shop(s) in Gorgias.
Check Internal Notes – Look for updates on transferred tickets and ensure any follow-ups are handled.
Respond to Customer Emails – Begin answering emails starting with the oldest first to maintain response order.
Review the Problem Sheet – See if there are any new issues that need to be addressed.
